We really should call this 'Triple Onion' what with the minced onion, chives and onion powder. The combination of these three along with the other ingredients make an amazing onion and chives dip.
This dip whether in the dry or prepared form enhances your mashed potatoes or use the prepared dip to top your baked potatoe. To take your baked potatoe to the next level add cheese and bacon crumbles. Yum!!
When mixing as a dip I recommend using Hellman's Mayonnaise and Daisy Sour Cream.
