Curry

• A dash of cayenne pepper is a perfect addition to the curry spice.
• For a crazy easy Curry Chicken Salad, purchase a rotisserie chicken, shred it, in place of the mayo you would normally use replace it with the prepared Curry dip.  If you think it may be too strong, use equal parts prepared dip and mayo.

When mixing as a dip I recommend using Hellman's Mayonnaise and Daisy Sour Cream.

Greek yogurt can also be used as a healthier alternative.
